These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to clipixel.com and, where applicable, trial use of Clipixel software. Paid subscriptions are governed by an order form and master subscription agreement with Clipixel, Inc.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades performance, upload unlawful content, or reverse engineer the product except where permitted by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for credentials issued to your users and for activity under your tenant. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise at security@clipixel.com.
Intellectual property
Clipixel and its licensors own the service, branding, and documentation. Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided as-is. Product warranties, SLAs, and uptime commitments appear only in customer agreements. Demo requests do not create a paid subscription.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Aggregate liability for site-related claims is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict rules. Venue lies in state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
